News About Toby

Toby and Surgery?? We drove up to Houston this last Monday, saw a cardiologist on Tuesday, met the surgeon Thursday, and are scheduled for probable heart by-pass surgery next Monday, Oct. 8, at 6:00am. WHEW! We are thrilled to be in Houston, have seen the hand of God often, and believe God has superintended ALL (He always does, just sometimes we SEE it!!). We'll be updating this blog site as often as possible...and appreciate your care and PRAYERS! Our kids are driving down to be with Dad (or, is that to be with Mom?!). Friends here are taking good care of us, too. Please do PRAY -- especially for the doctors' wisdom and skill and our faith in the Great Healer. We think of when we can return to Mexico...and look forward to watching God unveil His Plans step by step. What was/is NOT our plan or timing (is there ever a good time for heart surgery?!) is part of our life together just now. Thanks for praying for these days!
